Hi I bought a Volvo XC90 2011 and the Satnav screen is not coming up from the centre of Dash and also the stereo comes on the goes back of after couple of seconds ,Are these 2 linked to each other if one don't work then the other stops working ....has anyone has had the same problem ,I have even taken another stereo out of another XC90 and its doing the same thing comes on and then goes of after couple of seconds .....I have checked all the fuses and they seem to be fine ......Anyone got any ideas ?????

 

Are you turning it on? The power switch is on the back of the steering wheel.

 

Hi thanks for the reply the XC90 is a 2011 so there is buttons back of the steering but nothing that I can turn on the satnav there's a left, right,up,down button and then there is a enter and back button that's all ?????

 

The enter button is the power button, just hold it down for a couple seconds.

 

yeah I have done that a few times but nothing happens also tried the remote as well and nothing happens .......Will the stereo got anything to do with the satnav not working ?
