Hi guys, on my recent long trip, when I stopped my jeep at the gas station everything was normal but as I put it in D shift it gave me a strong jerk but very smooth while on drive. So It gave me jerk only when I put it into D shift after any long drive..even in City. Any ideas will be appreciated.

i've no suggestion other than the check the trans fluid level.
