Default Volvo On Call App

I have tried a few times without luck with my local dealer - I cannot get the On Call app to work.

I appear to have registered, they gave me a Pin, and I appear to have my car registered - however when I open the app it shows incorrect mileage, incorrect MPG etc. and I cannot use any of the functions such as start the car remotely etc.

I have a 2017 XC90 R-Design.

Any ideas, before I go back to my dealer again to get a new PIN, erase my account & app and basically start again?

Have you pushed the button in your car to see if it connects? (not on your phone)

Have you called Volvo with your VIN number handy?

I had a similar issue. I called Customer Service and turns out it was still registered under the previous owner. They gave me a new PIN and they waited on the phone to ensure I was able to log on/connect.

Like 'RoarinRow' said, call in using the On Call button and they will walk you through it. If you have a land line use that so you can open the app on your phone while talking with them. It's just easier that way. Here is a link to their "Drivers Connect" sight. You may have to sign up but it's set up to be an easy place to get info or share info. Default Connect app - Car is in use

Thought I would post this here instead of a new thread. I can't find much else.
Problem: My Volvo Connect app always says "Car is in use". I've tried, re-pairing, re-installing the app, signing in again, everything.
The car can have spent 2 days turned off in the garage and the app says "Car is in use"

I also can't do anything else - trying to start engine or unlock doors just says there was an error I should try again later.

BUT - the location is right. It always seems to know in the app where my car is. So it must be getting data from the vehicle?

Any ideas?
