Volvo On Call App
I have tried a few times without luck with my local dealer - I cannot get the On Call app to work.
I appear to have registered, they gave me a Pin, and I appear to have my car registered - however when I open the app it shows incorrect mileage, incorrect MPG etc. and I cannot use any of the functions such as start the car remotely etc.
I have a 2017 XC90 R-Design.
Any ideas, before I go back to my dealer again to get a new PIN, erase my account & app and basically start again?

I had a similar issue. I called Customer Service and turns out it was still registered under the previous owner. They gave me a new PIN and they waited on the phone to ensure I was able to log on/connect.

Thought I would post this here instead of a new thread. I can't find much else.
Problem: My Volvo Connect app always says "Car is in use". I've tried, re-pairing, re-installing the app, signing in again, everything.
The car can have spent 2 days turned off in the garage and the app says "Car is in use"
I also can't do anything else - trying to start engine or unlock doors just says there was an error I should try again later.
BUT - the location is right. It always seems to know in the app where my car is. So it must be getting data from the vehicle?
Any ideas?
