Smile How to replace a alternator on V70

I am going to replace my alternator this week does any one have a step by step guide? My major question is how to release the Serpentine Belt. I see what appears to be belt tensioner. How do you get it to release the belt?

When I replaced my alt, I wound up cutting it male end of a 3/4 inch socket extension off, and inserting it into the tensioner and pulled it forward I think, but don't quote me on the direction, since then I've done 3 head gaskets on other v70 and 850 and the little tool works great, it's short though, about 11/2 long tight fit in there, good luck, it's a pretty simple job just try not to let that belt get unwound to much.
P.S. the square hole in the tensioner is approx. 3/4 inch.
