So I have put a fairly large subwoofer in my 87 760 and I knew it would start to drain my battery/alternator eventually and im looking to replace one or the other soon. My question about this is which i should replace first. The amp im using is 2000W (1000rms) and my alternator is 70 amps i think (whatever the stock one is), so i know i need at least 100 amps if im correct but im not sure if it would work just as well with a cap battery or not. any help is appreciated.
