Will be dropping the car off again at dealership this morning to continue troubleshooting cause of:

1. From cold start, Climate control allows fan to come on for 2-3 seconds, turns off, then turns on again for 2-3 seconds, then goes off for a longer period, then comes on after a random longer time duration
2. Internal valves, doors and the like all seem to be functioning with switching between heat and cold. Fan seems to be at low speed idle - I can feel cold or hot coming from vents
3. The issue seems to be with the fan not being commanded to turn on and off properly.
4. To date, $1258.84 for fan replacement. Reported “climate controls now functioning properly” was incorrect, did NOT fix issue as we agreed.
5. Too, date, $445.23 replacement of the climate control module did not fix the issue.

The XC70 was in production for many years, and there are many aging vehicles out there likely having this same issue. I googled this and there was a lot out there, but beyond my DIY skills, hence, I brought th car to the dealership where you have all the diagnostic equipment and skilled techs.
