Going to drop the oil pan as well and clean it. and replacing the oil filter was a Mann Filter!! Might do a transmission flush to.

the proper coolant in these motors is Zerex G-05. its commonly available at most all bigbox car parts stores, and quite reasonably priced.

Napa did a great job. Also found out the previous owner used stop leak in the radiator. That was all of those deposits. The engine must have over heated. Thanks for the suggestion of the Zerex G-05. I considered using Pentofreeze NF. Zerex G-05 might be cheaper.

Update - Turned out the issues were:
1) Blown Head Gasket
2) Thermostat broken
3) Fuel Sending Unit rusted bad
4) Failing In-tank fuel pump

The vehicle is running fine... lack of power going up hills.

On to next issue - Low Compression, not sure what cylinder yet.
