Default Huge oil leak on 90 240

I purchased a 1990 240 non turbo station wagon yesterday. Under the hood was normal wear and tear with a bit of oil but not much. Drove it yesterday and everything was fine, drove it today and things have changed. I started smoking pulled over and found a huge ammount of oil in the engine compartment, in new places that it had not been before. I went to take off the oil fill cap and it was pressurized and shot out of my hand. After doing research on the forums i found out that it may be the PVC valve but the only info i got was not specific to the 240 series. What kind of cleaning can i do that might aleiviate the problem without tearing down the engine? I fear that it might have blown out some of the gaskets and the situation is moot so it might be time for a motor swap.

Thankfull for any input!

In between intake runner 3 and 4 is the flame trap. Make sure all of that is clear. Also all of the hoses that is way to much pressure.

If its anything remotely like the 740, you might as well get all the needed parts to make it go quickly,

order a new intake manifold gasket,
oil trap,
flame trap,
throttle body gasket ,
oil filler cap seal and oil trap seal.
Pull throttle body and clean it thoroughly per the bricks FAQ.
Unbolt manifold, pull it back far enough to get at the oil trap from above and replace with new seal (O ring).
Clean out the hoses from oil trap and install new flame trap, these parts are cheap.
Install new seal in oil filler cap.
