Default Need manual trans/clutch info for Converse/Ford V8 swap

Bought an unused Converse Engrg kit for Mustang 5.0 V8 into my 242. Problem is, it's for automatic trans, my car is manual and I have a good used Mustang T5 ready to go. Can not find Ross Converse; doesn't answer phone, web site is dead, etc, etc. Some say he moved to Fla., some say California, one guy said he thought he had passed away.
Does anyone have a copy of Converse kit manual trans/clutch info they could sell me?
Working on body, suspension, etc at present, and adding parts to pile as found.
Thanks

The Engine and Transmission are a bolt together package. and the Clutch, Pressure plate and Flywheel are all for the T5 and 5.0l engine.

There is info and pictures I added to your other thread about the trans member, and hydraulic clutch set up. https://volvoforums.com/forum/volvo-...ns-info-75594/

You just need to get a slave for the mustang/t5 bell housing.

Also, this can be used to adapt the mustang 3" drive shaft to the Volvo diff flange.
Yoshifab.com - 240 to Mustang drive shaft adapter

Here is the trans member: Yoshifab.com - 240 T5 x member

So with your front v8 cross member and the yoshifab trans member and driveshaft adapter, you can literally just swap a whole mustang drive line into the 240.

you will only need to connect up the reverse light switch to the Volvo wires and then get a speedo cable made if you have a speedo cable.
I got mine here: North Hollywood Speedometer and Clock Company. Serving your gauge needs since 1955. VDO, Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, Volkswagen, Veigel, Veglia
They are awesome, fast and have a good product for the money.

If you have an electric speedo, then just get this plug if your T5 has a speedo hole.

I actually think that is everything you'll need.
What other info you looking for?
