The washer on my 240 does not work. I traced the wiring and find I get voltage at the connector. I also find the motor shows resistance but it does not pump. I will probably replace it but wonder if there is a quick fix.

 

You need a new motor... quick fix? May be you can rebuild it... or get a used one.

 

The pump portion on some of them gets clogged, you can remove the motor, apply 12v to test it and clean the pump portion if needed.

 

Thanks, I might try that. It depends on what a replacement costs, if not expensive I will just replace it.
