Update on the problem with the blinking A/C lights and no fan working to cool the engine. After putting the car on the moniter the technition found the ECC Control unit was bad and found wiring damage from the control module to the cooling fan relay. Is it worth repairing this ( over $1300 ) or should I give the car a funeral. It also needs shocks and struts.

 

Try to find a used ECC module first then see what happens from there.
You should be able to locate one for pretty cheap.
