Hi, New member own a 1994 850, as well as a 1991 940 both cars are down, and trying to get the 850 rolling for now. (down for 2wks) prior to no start would start intermittently.
So far the car will not start at all ,just a low buzz when attempting to start up. I have the flashing arrow and am in the process of replacing the PNP switch.
Unable to do the volvo mechanic right now just too expensive, my husband has been doing well up until now with the repairs. any assistance would be heplful.

 

See your other post the PNP not adjusted properly may cause it not to start.
