Hey all. My 850R passengers caliper sticking again. Its new aswell as pads and disc. When I take out pads the pistons do open again with force.im assuming the brake hose is junk.. anyone ever changed these before??

 

time to do the hoses and a fluid flush. You may also have an issue with the ABS valves too. Its also possible the caliper is faulty - was it new or rebuilt? hoses shouldn't be a problem as they just unscrew from the hard lines - but make sure you have a proper set of tools and spray the end to the hard line with PB Blaster a few days before the job. Have you also inspected the emergency brake shoes?

 

Emergency brake shoes arent in there. Second rebuilt caliper from local parts store. ATE brand... ABS is always a problem with my car. Could that cause it? What if i pull both Abs fuses think that make difference
