Heater won't heat?

Heater won't heat?
I have a 1999 Volvo V70 in a 850 body.
The heater barley gives heat.
The fan is working fine and the heater radiator pipes is hot.
I van feel the air blowing from different directions when I turn the direction ****. So the air is flowing.
But it feels like the air don't go through the heater radiator.
There must be a valve that's not turning/opening. But where is it?
On the drivers ide I can see the movement of the valve controllers when I turn the *****.
I can also feel the temp change from ice cold when the temp control **** points down to some heat when the temp **** turns too max heat.
The engine coolant temp is where it should after an hour driving.
The \"thingy" on the right side is where it should and moves when I turn the *****. The one on the left side also turns when I use the *****.
The \"*****".

volvos don't have a valve on the heater - coolant is always flowing through the heater core (unless its gunked up and blocked). the 850s use the blend doors to route the air through the core and out to the various vents. Do your AC/REC lights flash (to show an ECC computer fault)? are the motors actuating when you make changes on the ECC settings?

Both pipes (inn and out) too the heater radiator are verry hot.

You're that far into it, just keep on until you find it. I hate this particular feature on an old car. You might have the internal dampers not going where you think. Honestly in your pictures it looks like one of the actuators isn't touching anything, like the arm popped off that one. I don't know how much the system was revised for the S70, so I don't know if that's just general entropy, or whether you've got a mixed and match set of parts there.. I'm just thankful mine is mostly still working.

So. There is good heat in the pipes of the heating radiator (Both to and from).
I hear / feel that the air flow moves where it should when I turn the "direction switch". The fan works completely normally and there is a new passenger compartment filter.
The temperature of the coolant shows normal. With the thermostat set to MAX, lukewarm air barely escapes from the valves. The air feels unstable, as if some cold air is mixed in with the lukewarm.
Ps. The bolt on the left is turning when i turn the buttons. Its a motor on the other side that turns it.
