How to replace spring seats

Is there a step-by-step guide for replacing the spring seats in my 850?

Not exactly sure, but I basically know how.

remove wheel, and unbolt strut from body

Compress spring

Remove bearing top

uncompress spring

Remove spring seat

redo in reverse order

I haven't done it myself myself, so I couldn't make that in depth of a write up. I just know the basics, which isn't that great. I saw it get done at my HS, but thats about it
