Default Turbocharger Oil leak!!

Hey there, I wasdriving my 1995 850 turbo and found there to be a large loss of power and black smoke pouring out the exhaust. I looking into it and found that the tubocharger is pumping oil right through the air system and making the vehicle run awful!!! I am not that knowlegable in the ways of the almighty turbocharger and was wondering if anyone has had this problem and knows what the F#*k is wrong with it.

Right here.

"Turbo Drain Pipe Seal Kit Got Leaks?

Lately we’ve noticed that many of the newer Turbo Volvos have a tendency to leave oil drips. Usually, the amount of oil loss is minimal, but the mess is still bothersome. In many cases, the oil drip is coming from the turbo drain pipe seal (located near the center back side of the engine). We put together this kit with instructions so that you can fix it yourself. In less than an hour you can have it repaired. You may need a 5mm Allen wrench (or Torx on some models) and 10mm socket. Check your cars fasteners before getting started to be sure you have the tools needed."

Oh, I thought you ment the rear main seal between the engine and the transmission. The oil leak is very very quantitive to the point where oil actually pours out of the weep hole in the air cooler in front of the radiator!! this is more than a drop here and there. but again I am not that knowleged when it comes to turbo units so any kind of help comes in very handy.
