I have had this problem with the front passenger window not rolling up properly. Basicly it came unattacthed with the joint on the regulator.

I took the window apart a year ago and decided not to go any further but since then i have bought a new regulator becuase i asumed the old one was bent. However when I put the new one in place it doesnt seem to line up right with the joints that are attacthed to the window. I really just want my friends to be able to roll the window down and smoke a cigarette [8D]
I can post pictures to show you if needed.

Anyone have advice? ever been here?

 

Did you move the Wheels to match?

 

And if you can supply pics that will make it easier for us to judge.

yeah the wheels can be lined up and one will even pop in but it seems the other male end is vertical while the plastic female wheel end is angled. if that makes any sense. I will post pics tomorrow though.

 

Maybe that regulator is bent as well.

 

I have good news. I fixed it!
What needed to be done was I had to put a small clamp in there and i was able scew the clamp tight and it did all the work for me(of popping the joints together). I also put a sheet metal screw on part of the roller wheel assembly.

My window rolls great now.
