Default Looking to buy a 2009 C30, need advice

I'm looking at buying a 2009 C30 R design with a 6 speed manual. https://milwaukee.craigslist.org/cto/5813617643.html

Need some advice on these cars as I know nothing about the C30s.

Does the price seem adequate?

Is this model reliable?

What are the know issues with this model? and anything else you can tell me that is important to know.

Thanks for your time everyone!

title status: rebuilt

Means the car been total by the insurance company for whatever reason.

Don't buy a car with rebuilt title.

Went and drove the car today, car drives great. No issues at all. Reason the insurance company wrote it off was because the rear quarter panel was damaged. No damage was done to the frame. I don't think it's really fair to not buy a car because the insurance company said the car was "totaled". I seen the pictures of the car before it was repaired and it honestly did not look bad.

If you buy it, you'll have a hard time selling it.

Well if I decide to buy it I don't plan on selling it anytime soon. I came here merely looking for advice on the vehicle itself, not really worried about the title status as I have carfaxed it and know for a fact that there is no frame damage.

I own a 2013 C30R which was one of the last new C30 available in the US.

Has been dead nuts reliable with the only issue a leaking windshield which was replaced under warranty. Fun to drive and very comfortable.
