C70 2006 not Starting no crank . But dash lights
Hi hoping for bit of help . Got a 2006 c70 d5. Got the car on Saturday . I purchased the car with a key that had been put through the washing machine. ON THE BASIS THE KEY WAS NO GOOD.
When i got home took battery’s out of remote and put new one in . Have unlock and lock. Working now .the other button work after pushing a few more times then you should.
so put jump leads on car . Put key in ignition light working on dash . Turn key nothing
Faults on screen service low washer . Nothing major
WHEN I PURCHASED CAR IT HAD BEEN SITTING 6 MONTHS... Am I WRITE IN THINKING IF THE DISPLAY DOES not show I immobiliser fault the key is working and there is another fault ..
the car does not c0me out of park lock either with key in ...
the battery that was in remote was dead originally.??
any guessing or hel- appreciated .
