1999 C70----Neither the front or back seat cigarette lighters are working. I really need these because I often times charge my phone. Yesterday, I read all about replacing the#3015v fuse in the supplemental fuse box. Well I did this and I was soooo proud! I even called my husband at work and told him how handy I was!!!!

Well that was yesterday....this morning when I plugged my phone in, neither lighter will work! What is going on here? Please give me any suggestions, etc.I am nervous there is something bigger going on here than a simple fuse!!

 

Not to sound silly............but you have a European auto. The cigar lighter does not work unless the ingnition is on. Perhaps that is the problem?

Boy do I feel silly!!!! I guess you learn something new everyday!! I started the car and guess what....the lighter works!! Thanks for being so kind!
