interior panel removal
Sorry I didn't see your updated post on my first question. The interior door handle is part of the door panel and as far as I know it can't be replaced separately.
To take out the door panel you need to lift the chrome trim on the handle itself to reveal the 2 T25s and then you just pull the panel off.

The one used to close the door. I've removed the cover and than the 2 bolts underneath, the speaker grill and NO luck. The small handle for the door luck is I believe holding it in.

Thank you for your input, I've tried this but you have to remember that the handle also houses the handle that opens the door along with the speaker to the right of the handle to close the door.
Just for anybody's info the part number for the handle replacement is
P/N 39823730 $70.48 cost
I am pretty sure you have to take the door panel off to get to the handle to open the door due to a rod attaching to it to unlock the door.
