Don't tell you ruined the projectors by doing something weird to them.

since i had nothing better to do i decided to modify my projector headlights with this

this amber cone comes out of the PIAA 940 dual beam fog lights, which arefog lightsthat haveone sidewith this amber cone inside and the bulb slides in the middle. the buses at my work sometimes have these fog lamps and they get junked for whatever reason.

so, i removed both projectors and opended them up to figur out how to mount this cone inside

i finally settled on using JB weld and it works great.

now i have these super amber high beams either if i need them to cut through fog or just for looks. it's really crazy to see all the street signs and lines on the road turn yellow. now all i need to really set these off is get that HID kit with the slight hint of blue and i'll be good.

Not a fan of the yellow headlights. Looks very Hondaish to me.

I know I am hard to please.

FYI HID's in LOW and HIGH would please me.

Don't forget about the HID's in the Fogs as well!!!!

Once I get OEM fogs in mine I will have HID fogs as well as the headlights.

It better be tasteful, the EVOLVE version is ok. One of the best I have seen for Volvo's.

Best pics I can find. Obviously I am talking about the tiny grilles on top of the hoods.

S70, that hood suxs man. i don't see how heat canbe efficently removed with that design. i'll make something way better you'll see and you'll love the way i make it too.

It really wasn't meant for that. It was meant for looks basically.

Now what I said was that is the only one readily available for Volvo's, pre made hood vents.

I never said it was great.

I'm guessing if the motor layout on that s60 is the same as the c70 then that vent is to suck cold air in. Not to vent out hot air.

Nice Upgrades-

I just did a H7 8000K Hid conversion in about 45 minutes and the light output is really good. The look is even better. I am doing a H1 6000K fog light conversion next week. Go with Japan made conversions and not China. Go with true plug-n-play on the install. You will need to cut a circular hole on the back of your headlight cover for the install.

As far as the wheels I would have stayed with the Polished look. I am not a fan of the Gold wheels but to each his own.

Nice Car
