I was hit from behind not too long ago. Some shifting caused top to be crooked, I could get open and closed. Today, the ROPs light is on and the ignition is locked not to go past first position. Can't start car. The ROPS are NOT deployed. I can't get the top down manually. I cannot figure out how to open top storage and/or front. Manual gives how to close only. I don't have the flat tool, got it to turn with a screwdriver. Do have the S allen wrench. Is there any reason the ROPs would lock up and kill the ignition without deployment? There is s very little online.
