Fan inside car is not coming on. I know from past experiences that if the resistor is bad, that one setting on the fan will still usually work (commonly high). This leads me to believe that the blower motor itself is shot. Does anyone know the exact location behind the dash to access both item? Not sure if it would be behind the glovebox or behind the center console
