Can't stop fan

My 2001 S40 has a fan problem. The fan is blowing out air constantly, and I can't stop or turn it off. Air and heating are working fine, but blowing out a lot of air. What can I do?

The fan switch is not working. I cannot stop the fan. It's belowing a lot of air and very noisy. It gets even worse when I turn on AC.

Sounds like the climate module is bad.

Help! I am having the same problem. My Volvoâ€™s Blower Speed suddenly only operates Full speed as soon as the ignition is switched on.

How much will this fix cost? Was it the climate module afterall? If so, can I replace the climate module myelf?

Hi, I know this was posted a while ago, I jut wondered if you ever fixed the problem as my Volvo S40 2003 is doing the same thing and I need to get it fixed (as cheap as poss) can you help?
