Default 2004 S60 AWD 2.5T Turbo Swap (K24)

Hi so I have a Snabb FMIC and intake, 3" OBX downpipe, and IPD Turbo Control Valve already installed. Got some new vacuum lines from IPD I haven't installed yet. I also picked up a Borg Warner K24, and plan to install soon. All set to make adjustments to upper charge pipe and turbo inlet from Snabb. Everything else appears to be bolt on, but I keep reading that I'm going to have to redo my plumbing. From what I can see it looks like it will just line up. Is this not the case? Anyone have experience with this swap.?? Help would be greatly appreciated. Once I take my TD04L out, I want to make sure I have everything I need to make the K24 work. Planning on following up with an ARD or Hilton tune immediately after.

I'm not sure what your question is, but it sounds like you spent a fortune to get maybe 15 more horsepower.

I didn't spend a fortune, and I did all the work myself. And like I said, I'm getting a tune after the K24 is installed, which will put me at a hell of a lot more than 15hp. The question was whether or not my 2.5T oil and coolant lines will be compatible with the K24.

Any luck with the swap? I know this post is old but I’m planning on doing the same thing.
