Unhappy Idling Issue to Stall and Loss of Power?

SO, I have brainstormed through many forums, videos and endless google searches. My 2002 Volvo S60 2.30 Turbo Roughly about 230-240k miles (I've had to replace the cluster do to fritzy circuits and its dead again) seems to be stalling when it gets to low RPM's like when I am slowing down for a stop or just after a couple minutes of warming up. I have to keep giving it gas to increase the RPM's to keep it from dying all the while the headlights fluctuate when it dips and rises. Now, I've replaced many....many spark plugs on my old rig and I assumed it could just be that so I did go to Autozone and got my codes read.
P0202: Injector Circuit/Open -Cylinder 2
P0302: Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected
P2097: Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Rich Bank 1
Now I've replaced all the spark plugs, coil packs and fuel injectors. Also the battery is about 4-5 months old and haven't had any electrical problems there. Its still doing the same thing. Now Imma go check the wiring and maybe, hopefully its just that. There is some grunge from my oil cap area and it is a bit dusty. However any other ideas I might be able to look into before heading to a shop would be greatly appreciated.
