Shaking in my s60
So my 2003 s60 has been shaking while accelerating for a while now. Before it was just a light shaking, so I got tires rotated, balanced, and aligned. I moved uP to Georgia, and when I took it on the highway I felt as if my car was going to fall apart it shook so much. I noticed a weight fell off one tire so I got that balanced and put a weigh back on but it's still shaking only when accelerating. I'm not sure what else to do. The guy at Goodyear says I need two new back tires but I just had it appraised yesterday and they said it was fine. What could this shaking be? Even the mechanics at Volvo can't even take care of it.
Did you do a search here? Usually front end parts on a fwd car wear out and cause shaking. Hard to believe the Volvo stealer couldn't fix it, was that a dealer?

Hello,
I had the same exact issue when i owned my S40. My vibrating was getting worse as time passes and it was only as I was accelerating on not when the car was at cruising speeds. It turned out to be my passenger axle but I would definetely check your axles before throwing money into the car. Let us know the outcome.
