Hey guys, well I just got my '04 Volvo s60 and looking to give the engine a nice deep sound. Do you guys have any ideas on what I can do?

Replacing the factory exhaust will definitely change the sound. There are a few different makers of cat-back systems. I went with one made by OBX that might have also been the cheapest at just over $400 shipped. The build quality and finish of the OBX is as good as any higher costing system. The welds are nice looking and the entire system is fully polished, and it's a shame it ends up hidden from view. It has a nice deep note at start up, idles fairly quietly, but is a little louder than I would like when I get on the gas (but that is because I don't really like loud exhausts, I just bought this one to replace my rusted out exhaust on the cheap.)
