I am new to the forum. WOW there is great info here. I have a 99 S70 wirh intermittent A/C. It is garage kept so when I make my first trip of the day most of the time the A/C works great. But if I turn the car off then resume my trip the compressor will not come back on. I have put gauges on and the refrigerant level is great and when it works it works great. Thoughts anyone? Thanks

 

Check the compressor gap. Meaning between the inside and outside of the pulley.
