RE: Check engine service light
Its really me, RAMP. I was unable to login to this site with my old password and it wouldn't send an email to change it, so now I am Jade. That's one of my dogs' name.
Well there is an ending to this saga as I stated in the beginning I would do. It only took $4500.00 to figure out. After the engine replacement the same code came up!!!!! The Transmission Shop that performed the swap for me, Allen & Tony, at AAA in Barkhamsted,CT. Contacted the service manager at another Volvo dealership in Litchfield CT. Upon further review it appears to be either faulty wiring to the front 02 sensors or a bad connection. $400.00 later all is well. Can you believe that. So now I have a used engine up for sale. All this for faulty wiring. Glad I can still get in my 1956 MGA and just go for a drive. Enjoy the holidays.
