Just got car back off son today getting it ready for MOT test and noticed that the interior lights were not lit when doors were open

They will turn on manually but even the courtesy lights in back door panels dont light.

Just checked fuse No 6 in drivers dash section all ok

Is there another fue for door switches I am missing?

Any assistance appreciated.

Not an mot problem but a problem to solve

Just solved the problem

I tried using the key in door to gain access - alarm sounded - interior lights lit when doors were opened

silenced alarm locked car with remote

Unlocked with remote all interior lights working as they should be.

I can only presume my son has accessed car with key at some time and this caused lights to stop working.

All fine now but may be of assistance to someone with same problem at sometime
