My lever loosened up and is now not gripping the locking mechanism. So I searched and read how to remove the column to get to the lever, however I don't know where to buy one except the dealer. Anyone know anywhere online to obtain one? Probably not something most people stock so a junk yard might have to due also?

Junk yard will have but getting them to break up the steering column for parts only may be a bit difficult. I would just call around..one of them is bound to do it.
