I have a 2013 Volvo XC60. A rubber strip in my engine was chewed by rats; wondering if anyone can help me identify the part number so I may replace it. I've attached an image showing the part - it's the rubber strip that runs along the right side of the engine block.
looks like it could be the engine intake air preheat tube. You should be able to ID the part by using a dealer web store - try googling "2013 Volvo XC60 parts" and look for the dealer web sites. Then you can navigate to find parts diagrams with descriptions and numbers. BTW, Tascaparts.com is the cheapest place I've found - but others will ship faster.
Thanks! Guess my picture isn't clear. It's not the tube. It's that 1/2" wide strip of rubber that runs along the very edge of the engine block, between the edge of the block and the tube. I've tried searching parts websites and cannot find a parts number for that. Was hoping someone else had better luck!
