Coolant pipes keep bursting
Hi all
So over the last few weeks I have had to replace my top Rad pipe my egr pipe and now my filler pipe on my 2005 xc90. Has anyone experienced this at all as I'm hoping it's just the pipes are old and just needed replacing.

If you are concerned about your cooling system, you can have the cooling system's pressure measured to test if you have a head gasket issue. The overflow cap is also a pressure release so make sure you have the correct cap for your model. As to having to replace a top hose, an EGR pipe and a filler pipe (meaning to the gas tank?), they have nothing in common other than being 15 years old :-) I've had to do similar maintenance work on my cars as well.
