did you add larger injectors? Are you still running the 12T turbo or have you upgraded to the 14T yet? For my two cents, I'd assume you are now in the 200-250 HP so I'd start working on the handling - For wheels, you can run OEM 16s or upgrade to 17s with aftermarket. I'd also consider shocks and perhaps springs (ie Bilsteins+HRs?) and I believe you may be able to find a fatter rear sway bar and perhaps a strut tower brace.

I also personally hate the steering wheel on my S40 but not sure what would fit as a replacement that would retain the drivers airbag.

i dont like my wheel either. i have cast internals and not forged. so im running a strut bar. i was thinking about adding some HR springs to lower it a bit. i havent done the 14 t. yet. i was thinking a boost controller to bypass the TCV but i dont know if that will throw codes. i dont want to increase boost. but i notice the tcv holds the boost at 5 psi until i push the pedal down. it doesnt let the turbo spool freely. also i cant find the specs on the current wastegate spring psi. I would love if i could run a boost controller and get my full boost all the time. im not running bigger injectors. should i be running them with the tune and exhaust im running? will the ecu compensate for the larger fuel injection?

check out the ARD web site. they have a choice of injectors and boost control parts - and can probably talk to your tuning questions, and whether you should install a Cel-Boss to help prevent codes.
