Default Completely lost

Hello everyone... I'm stuck. I've browsed the forums for the last two to three days.. still can't figure out what I need to do. So here goes...

1994 Volvo 940 B230, non turbo... Car starts fine. Idles great, accelerates fine... for about 10 minutes. After that, it shuts itself off, and then it won't start for about 10-15 minutes. If i let it cool down, it'll start just fine. Idle just fine, as soon as I accelerate... dies... So far, I've replaced...
- Spark plugs
- Wires
- Distributor cap & rotor
- Crankshaft sensor
- Fuel Relay
- Fuel Pump
- Fuel Filter
- Air Filter
- All applicable hoses

I put a new water pump and radiator in as well, but this was unrelated and just needed to be done... I'm at a complete loss, and have no idea where to go from here. This all started when I broke an exhaust manifold bolt inside the head. Got it out, cleaned the head, and put everything back together. I've been having intermittent issues since then...

I'm throwing all 1's when I run the diagnostic, so I don't even know what else needs to be looked at or looked into.

ANY HELP would be GREATLY appreciated...

I'd say crank sensor or fuel relay. What kind of parts did you Use? Just because they are new doesn't mean they are good....

You say it runs 10 min and shuts down then needs to cool off to run again. Also after you replace the water pump and radiator. Are you sure you are not overheating? Is the temp normal?

Temp is just fine. Thermostat got replaced in March, no leaks, and everything is nice and tight.

What I would do is get it so that it won't start, and then tell us if you have spark or not. If you have spark, then tell us exactly what fuel pressure you have while it won't start.

Most over looked is the radio suppressant relay. One of two black ones under the hood.

after going this far - I would try the ignition amplifier #3501921. You can get the pretty aftermarket for pretty cheap. Sounds electrical to me
