Your PCV system doesn't seem obstructed. I'd hold onto that oil separator if it is OEM. The aftermarket ones have a much shorter life.
Why 15-40 oil? 10-30 is the recommended weight, not that it matters much in a Red Block.
Bosch filter? You are spending a lot on parts, at least use OEM parts when you can. MANN filter is best for these motors.
I mentioned that before but I'd be cautious replacing good OEM parts on a car with 82K miles with aftermarket, usually Asian sourced parts.
