Hi. Looking for a 240 wagon luggage rack. Haven’t had any luck at the local junkyards. Anything on eBay is quite expensive. Anyone have one laying around willing to ship ?

 

I just use Yakima racks, with the 240's rain gutters, they are very solid and can support 100 lbs of load on the roof, while the factory racks aren't really weight supporting at all

 

I’m just trying to get wagon back to it’s stock look. Previous owner removed factory rack & did a visually unappealing cover job of the roof mount holes. Not a fan of how the gutter guard racks look, but thanks for your input.

 

Not sure 240 ever came with "factory" racks, installed by Volvo at time of assembly. The ones I see are all "dealer" installed atrocities that rattle and damage the paint underneath. I take them off and chuck 'em. The only factory racks on Red Blocks that look nice are on the late 940 wagons...

 

you near Tampa??? I have one that needs to be restored. I was gonna scrap it. yours for free if your close. I won't ship. no time before we move....
