Default 940 / Volvo guard alarm I issue

Hello. I need some help with my Volvo 940 from 1996 with factory Volvo Guard I alarm system. One day when I had the remote in my pocket, it got unprogrammed and stopped working. I've try to run my car, so i open car with key (then when i open doors, siren start to making noise...), remove amp from alarm (under the steering wheel, next to the relay 210/211), and can run my car and go home.
Next, I then tried to do something so that when the fuse was inserted the siren would not go off. I don't know how, but once the fuse was removed, it stopped making a noise and the car started normally.

Now, i have problem with programming remote and use it to remotely closing doors. I can add my remote to alarm, using the procedure from manual (move ignition into position II, press button on pyramid for 5 seconds and press key on remote), it works and status led on pyramid sending signal that it recognize my remote. But, after this operation, the alarm still does not respond to the signal from the remote control. It is impossible to close the car from the remote control.

Other weird thing for me, is the fact that pyramid showing information (by led status) when i open doors/front mask, or when i move inside car. This directs my suspicion to the fact that the alarm is armed all the time. However, I have no idea how I can disarm it if it doesn't respond to the remote?

Can't the local Volvo dealer help? I don't think Volvo offered and OEM alarm in the US, at least I have never seen one on the 940 (1995 was the last year Volvo imported the 940 to the US). The 960/S90 was sold here through 1998 and I have seen Volvo alarms in those... Or may be you can contact the company that made the alarm for Volvo if the car is too old for your local Volvo dealer. My 1994 940 had an after market alarm with remote locks but I didn't have the control. I tried to get it from the company but 1994 was long time ago so they couldn't help...

I don't think that local dealer can help with 30 years car, but i will try.
About alarm, i had Volvo 940 1996 from Netherlands, and documents from dealer about the alarm. They offered it on a special order from a customer, but is factory, orginal Volvo Guard I alarm.

I would want to disable it - never liked those things. Who is going to steal a 25 year old car?

Maybe not stealing car, but, at least in Poland, we have a lot of morons who like to just destroy your car, or try to steal something from inside of it.
Other thing is fact, that in my case, alarm give me chance to open/close car by remote.

I'd like the power locks feature, that's why I tried to get the remote for my 1994 but it didn't happen. I don't care so much about the alarm action.
