I believe we have an answer.

After checking the engine it was determined that there was too much blow-by on the rings. The compression of the motor was 120. Thats lower than acceptable standards. Each compression stroke with Turbo encouragement was letting boost past the rings into the block. The PCV system works and was clear but could not keep up with the over abundance of boost in the crank case. Thus, pressure found a way out...through the seals. The mains did not leak but the pan gasket did. So if you have this issue, most likely your engine is close to deaths door or at least is in the retirement age.

So, I don't understand fully, since you were running more boost on a higher mileage engine with rings that were starting to wear out, all this extra compressed air was starting to squeeze past the rings???? Is that what you're saying?

Yes, it make sense. Everything has its limit. Even after repairing the leak and resealing the pan the leaks found their way out again. The leaks came from everywhere, not just a pinpoint. You could look at the pan contact point and see wet all the way down the pan. Not only there but also at the intermediate section too. Front and back. An overall spew.

Yeah, that makes sense. So if when I do my compression test and the numbers are good, say 160 area, then I should be in pretty good business?

I would think so. Here is a document I found on the compression:

OK. Hopefully I get some good compression then, and once I do that this weekend I will let you know what I come up with.
