HiI fell in love with a 1989 Volvo 760 GLE a couple of years ago and bought it. A white one with the spoiler (still haven't seen one like it on the roads). But lately it hasn't been so good to me. I've put in over a thousand dollars worth of repairs in the past year, but it keeps dying and is no longer reliable. I'm thinking it's time to retire it and look into a replacement Volvo.

I saw a '95 850 Turbo I liked but the dealer (who hasn't seen the 760 yet) said that he could probably only take it as a trade-in for parts for about $300-400.

Does that seem right to you?

What color is the interior. I have an 86 760 GLE and need some parts. I think they are compatible. How is the suspension? I dont want to buy new right now as I am in the middle of rebuilding my car. If the suspension is tight I would like a price on the rear springs and shocks as well as the front struts and springs. I bounce down the road. Price shipping to 70466 or will pick up if reasonably close by.
